If I could leave a 0 star I would. The front desk people are extremely disrespectful. My Mom is a senior citizen and called ahead of time to ask about prices and discounts. When she arrived one rude lady demanded that she leave to wait outside. That is standard for the current circumstances of life but you should have enough since not to yell at someone. Asking politely to wait a few moments outside is LITERALLY YOUR JOB!!! That is why you are in front. Upon entering my mom felt like she couldn’t talk to this rude lady. When she spoke to another person he told her that they didn’t offer discounts unless you were born in 1955 or before my mom said she was born 1953. He then insisted that she was not a in fact a senior citizen. Apparently MATH SKILLS are not a huge part of this persons job. Hopefully they can weigh bud better then talk to sweet elderly ladies. I have literally never seen my mother so upset. There are dozens of places to get your green. Choose another place where the staff is respectful to everyone including senior citizens!

Just want to give a shout out to minerva canna!!! for there excellent staff and great medicine and i appreciate the weekend for a chance to spin the wheel i got lucky again for the second time and won a free eighth of flower its an awesome feeling and oppurtunity.
If you place an order online don't expect fast, prompt, top priority service, I call to see if I could place a phone order and the young lady who answered the phone was very dismissive and kind of hung up on me. I called an hour and a half after placing my online order and asked, how long does it usually take to fill an online order? The guy could not even give me a straight answer because he knew they messed up. He says, usually not that long. So I asked the same question again and he just happened to know my name, whom he was speaking to as if I was the only one with an online order for the day. If you walk in for medicine you're actually first priority, not phone orders or online, so it makes sense to just show up or they'll waste your time, they claimed they "had a line around the building 5 min.before I arrived" and 3 budtenders worked through the line in 5 min. wow I shouldn't have placed an online order I should've just showed up like everyone else.I asked if I could use the mover's discount card for and additional 10% off which has no limitations or expiration date and the female budtender was a bit difficult, she said it was so old even though they haven't occupied the building for more than a year, so I took my discount card and walked away empty handed, this was the second time I've walked away with nothing after experiencing such bad customer service, it doesn't seem like these people enjoy working here, maybe underpaid and mistreated by the managers and owner.
