Selections were clearly displayed. The product is good.
Never again. I drove miles to pick up an online order that I was notified via text was ready for pickup and once I arrived, I was informed by one of the workers that I would have to get out of my car (I'm high risk, thus the reason for driving miles to places that accommodate curbside orders) and stand in a long line of people if I wanted my order. They couldn't bring my order out to me because of how busy they were. WHY would you send a notification stating that my curbside order is ready and not tell me that it isn't until I get there? When I asked if there was a better time to come back to pick it up, I was told there was no way of knowing that information. DO NOT OFFER A SERVICE IF YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO PROVIDE THAT SERVICE. New Mexican patients deserve better than this place.
They don't ever answer the phone. Curbside? Forget it. They comes have staff designated for curbside. You have to call to get someone to bring your curbside order, but there is no hope BC although you have been there 30+ mins calling , no one responses and you eventually have to wait in their line to even get your order. Why offer curbside if no one is there to help or answer. Called one of the other shops and got the oh well keep calling or trying until you get someone.
I reached out on Instagram to speak to a manager or owner about a poor experience me and a few other patients had on 12/24/2020. They would rather delete our concern than reach out and help their patients. So here’s the full story. We placed an order and got a text that we could pick it up until 4:45pm. We arrived at 4:15pm but was ignored by the employees and there was no sign indicating it was closed. Instagram said they would be available all day - but the employees wouldn’t talk to us to explain their error. Instead they kept ignoring us and locking the door. When a manager finally came out, she said she was going to show us where the sign was, then stepped super close (within 6 ft) and told us she was trying to close her door. We tried to show her the text we got and she said she didn’t care. They are trying to hide their reputation online by deleting and disabling comments. And they have an incomplete digital strategy where they don’t update their business hours when they change online. I’ve spoken to a few of the patients that were there that day and they were shocked this happened, but said they weren’t surprised because the managers attitude has been an issue in the past. Patients shouldn’t be treated this way. We have filed a formal complaint with the health department because they’ve refused to reach out and apologize. Instead they are more concerned with deleting their negative press. Patients deserve better. New Mexico deserves better. This business needs to find a reliable consulting firm and toss out the corrupt customer service and ensure their employees are treated with respect and supported thru a complete digital marketing strategy that prevents this type of experience.
If you have your recipricol license they won't accept you unless you have your id from that state. They said this was a new rule from the doh but no new rule was found as the only thing I found was that the owners of Ultra Health won the lawsuit against the doh about the license issue and It was determined you didnt have to have a license for that state. I believe this may be internal as I was geting my medicine from them in 2020 but now i cant.
