Gave ultra a second try after an unpleasant customer service experience, however! when the lovely ladies are working it's never an unpleasant experience. They're very nice, very helpful and I'm pleased to say the flower is phenomenal and the price was excellent. FYI bring cash and try some flower 😉.

Only been here twice and both times were very uncomfortable. Ive shopped at nob hill and menaul locations before but i live in north valley so i saw there was a location closer to me. I walk in and they associate asked me if I've been there before. I told him "not this location" the associate threw his head back and threw his arms up saying "there's been so many new customers today" Very confused i said "well ive shopped at ultra health before" and very rude he said "doesnt matter, its a different supplier" whatever i filled out the new patient form and handed him my voided id with my new paper id and medical card. He immediately hands me back my paper id and types in the computer than a few mins later asked if i had an id that wasn't voided. At this point im a lil frustrated so i told him i already gave him my new paper id. He says "ok your good" and i finally told him " im sorry man for making you do this, if id known i woulda just went somewhere else" and his attitude changed and out of no where he had polite customer service and was actually helpful in the dispensary. Today i placed an order online for som extract showing $10 for 0.5 grams so i had an order for 2 0.5 grams. I show up to north valley location and after being checked in, the lady at the counter. (Not wearing mask) walks over to help me. (She put on mask) and i told her about my order. She asked where i placed my order? I explained the north valley location. She long stares at me till it was uncomfortable. I asked to repeat herself and she asked which website i used so i told her i used iheartjane.com At that moment another associate walks out the office and says " the wax u got is ringing up wrong, you want something else" (lady walks away) i asked "what do you mean" he said "the wax you got is showing $20 a 0.5 gram and its actually $15 i explained the website shows $10 a 0.5, he very casually says "yeah i already emailed corporate on that, it a computer glitch and false advertising on our part i have this wax do you want this one?" I wanted to call and speak to a manager but a team ran in that standard probably has just as bad of management in charge. There is plenty of better dispensaries in Albuquerque even ultra health's other locations I've had great experience, but this specific location needs to re train staff.
