I love Urban Wellness. They have the best flower in town in my opinion. It is alway cured perfectly and trimmed nicely. Smells and tasted great too.I’m not into concentrates and rarely take edibles so I can only comment on how high quality the flower is. They are a bit pricey, but if you go in on Sunday all the flower is $10 a gram so that is great. I highly recommend Urban Wellness if you are a flower lover like myself.
Urban Wellness is great! The product is fantastic, the convenience of ordering online and then going to pick up my order, and the friendly, knowledgeable staff can't be beat. They have made a long-time customer out of me. Also, the packaging of the flower is adorable and gives me a chuckle.
I wasn't a fan of waiting 15 min just to see the 4 or 5 employees walking around with only one customer. The prices are not high as long you get a discount and they dont have many options for extracts. And what's with the, "have you been here before?" I don't think they can identify new customers. Overall I won't be coming to this location again.
This location is outstanding by far the best customer service. Greatest deals. Never rips me off and they know how to pick the best buds. Plus the only location with the most selections of products. A must to hit up. Karl and Megan and John by far the best in the urban company. Plus the wait time is super low. Bye bye San Mateo hello caramel !!
Urban wellness has become my home for quality medication and the best service I’ve ever found in the south west. Karl is the man he always knows what you need and weighs accordingly with a smile. All the staff is comprised of lovely ladies and gents who truly look out for you as a patient and personally brighten my day. they light up and call me by name when I roll in, asking about my day. 5/5 try the ghost town, their blue dream, Kobe, cookies and cream and not to forget their T-Mac or mimosa, all fantastic herb. It’s expertly trimed and weighed to the dollar amount fresh! None of the prepackaged only by the gram mess. All at a killer price. For real try it out.
